  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Bench followed by Hero WOD Rankel

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Front Squats followed by Wallballs and Bike

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] A Shoulder Complex followed by Bike and TTB

    • [CHALKFIT] a nice flow of movements

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Barbell complex with burpees

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Barbell complex with burpees
