  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Row and C&J and we will be doing TTB skill work

  • WEDNESDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Bench followed by Pull Ups, Push Ups and KBS

  • THURSDAY -[ BUILD & SWEAT] Front Squat TEST followed by Wallballs and Sit UpsFRIDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Shoulder Complex followed by Running and rowing
