Your coaches are super proud and so should you be! Why? Because each of you made progress, be it a bit faster, stronger or simply mastered a movement.

So what’s next?

Well, as you would expect, we are mixing it up again and adding TARGETS to several workouts. It gives you something to focus on. A goal.

But be smart. Scale where needed but equally stick to RX movement or load if you can and see how far you get? It’s okay if you go RX but are slower than the rest, eventually you will make progress but that’s only possible when you challenge yourself!


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [SWEAT+SPRINT] Rowing 🚣‍♂️ skills first followed by 2mins interval work! 

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT+SPRINT] Pull-up strength and then we take it outside for sprints🏃‍♀️

  • WEDNESDAY -[BUILD+MOVE] "DT" in team of 2💃🕺

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT+GRIND] Body Weight only🤸‍♂️

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD+MOVE] Front Squats this time & Farmers walk

  • SATURDAY -  [SWEAT+GRIND] For time 2 intervals then some glute work😀

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT+SPRINT] The Ghost
