GET FITTER OUT OF LOCKDOWN

Another lockdown has been announced…but #TogetherStrong we will get out fitter than we are going in. So grab this opportunity to really set yourself a goal and join the LOCKDOWN CHALLENGE. We might have a little surprise for the one making the most improvement over lockdown!

How?

  • Join at least 4 HomeFit sessions a week starting Thursday

  • Follow the LOCKDOWN DIET with hands-on tips & cooking with Pauline, details will follow

  • Join at least 1 Mobility/Yoga session a week starting Thursday

WHAT ELSE?

  • Alan’s running program is back on, this time with a twist and encourage you all to start running again

  • Bar Fight Games continues with a grand finale on Nov 28th

  • Quiz Night details will follow

what’s next?

A spreadsheet will be shared next couple of days for you to pick a piece of equipment. Collection days will be Tuesday & Wednesday.
