NEW - Classes for kids!
After another successful Summer Club this year with a lot of interests of younger children, we have decided to add sessions for children in the age range of 7- 10 years next to our existing classes for children aged 11-16 years.
The idea behind KIDSFIT is to pair Fitness with Fun.
In a safe and fun way, the children will work on their health through fitness. They will run, jump, push, and pull.
We combine gymnastics with strength and conditioning. This workout routine will increase their flexibility, stability, balance, agility, stamina, and strength.
Children will become more confident, learn to work as a team and our session will add to any other sport they might perform.
Our sessions are for any fitness and skill level. We can scale all movements and will make sure all children will have fun during their class.
The KIDSFIT classes will run Fridays 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm. We will have a max amount of children per session to allow for our coaches to focus on each child individually when needed and to allow for a COVID-19 safe environment.
You can NOW buy your membership for either once or twice a week sessions. We will act on a first come first get basis but will have a waiting list for those who missed their place and might add more sessions in the near future.
