We're inviting a small group of beginners to join a supportive, non-intimidating 8-week CrossFit-based course focused on real health improvements, not just weight loss or gym hype.

3 small-group sessions per week (max 6-8 people)

Movements scaled to YOUR level – no pressure, no judgment

A private, comfortable setting: no fit people watching or showing off

Coaching based on the CrossFit Sickness-Wellness-Fitness Continuum

Weekly check-ins for nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle
