We are in the middle of the 12 Days of Fitness. Fun pairs WODs so far and more to come…

Just a reminder that the gym will be closed between December 24th and January 2nd. Keep an eye on our private Facebook page Chalk-it where we announce when coaches will be opening the Box in this period for free training.

Make sure you book in for our Annual Social. You can bring friends and family if you like!
