New On The Chalkboard
The CrossFit Open is starting on October 10th! We will be having Friday Night Bar Fights every Friday for 5 weeks starting October 11th. All teens and adults with at least 3 months CF Experience should sign up! This is a super fun event where fitness, community and FUN comes together. One NOT to miss. Sign up!
