New On The Chalkboard

SWEATY TUESDAY is here! You just can’t beat the combination of endorphins, hard work and sweat……hence your coaches put their heads together to create some sweaty challenging workouts for the Tuesdays! Eh…you might think what about the other days…. is that going to be no sweat? Ofcourse not! SWEATY TUESDAY will be stripped back, functional movements in a workout at often a fast pace. Everyone can do these and if you something is a challenge for you, don’t worry your coaches will provide you with alternatives.

Squat & Pull. We continue to back squat to maintain our strength. Don’t have Pull Ups yet? Come in and practise.
