WEEK 4

We still are missing lots of names for our annual Run & Cake event! If you don’t feel like running 5k, then join our Boot Camp instead. The boot camp will be at the same time as the run so we finish at the same time. After you all get a coffee/tea, a CHALKBOX treat for your effort!

On Saturday 24th we will have a photoshoot at the gym during sessions and after the session. We hope some of you are interested in voluntering to pose for us. Let us know !

Coming week Barbell Club will be on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Continue you the Back Squat, we will increase weights today followed by rowing and thrusters

  • TUESDAY [BUILD & SWEAT] Bench press... Yeah!! followed by Burpee Pull ups

  • WEDNESDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Deadlifts followed by DB Snatches and TTB

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A nice Chipper

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Strict Press followed by Gymnastics

  • SATURDAY [BENCHMARK] today we are at Shipbourne for our Run & Cake event

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Our weekly partner WOD, enjoy!
