WEEK 3

On Saturday 17th we have our annual 5k Run & Cake event. This time we will be organise the run in Shipbourne and we invite you all to join us for coffee and breakfast after at the Chaser Inn. For those who don’t like to run, we organise a bootcamp at the same time and same place instead. Find all info via this link

Coming week Barbell Club will be on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Week 3 of the Back Squats followed by Rowing and Thrusters

  • TUESDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Snatches followed by DU's and KBS

  • WEDNESDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Week 3 of the Deadlifts followed by running and lunges

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] 6 movements for 40 min with as many reps as you can

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Week 3 of the Strict Press followed by Push Jerks and Box Jumps

  • SATURDAY [BENCHMARK] "David F"

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Un other FUN TEAM workout


OTHERS:

  • We will be organising a 5k run soon, this means you will see more running in our workouts to prepare for this. Try not to avoid running, challenge yourself and give it a go!
