Thursday: Benchmark day
Friday: Heavy day
Saturday: CrossFit Mix
Sunday: CrossFit Mix / Team WOD

THURSDAY - [BENCHMARK] The Ghost
FRIDAY - [HEAVY DAY] Split Jerk
SATURDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD with 1000 reps!
SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] an other team WOD filled with FUN
