In this cycle, we will mix all up. You will have a Benchmark workout every week, 2 heavy days, and some classic CrossFit workouts.

Monday: Classic CrossFit

Tuesday: Heavy Day

Wednesday: Gymnastic mix

Thursday: Benchmark day

Friday: Heavy day

Saturday: CrossFit Mix

Sunday: CrossFit Mix / Team WOD

  • TUESDAY - [HEAVY DAY] Front Squat and Bench Press

  • WEDNESDAY - [GRIND & SWEAT] Pull Ups & DU's

  • THURSDAY - [BENCH MARK] Partner Kelly

  • FRIDAY - [HEAVY DAY] Push Jerk

  • SATURDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Fun mix of cardio

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD that makes you sweat


OTHERS:
