GYMNASTICS CYCLE - Week 5
It’s August already. We have had 7 months in 2023 of hard work and lots of progress in everyone’s fitness and we must celebrate this. Your coaches' team has been thinking of different ways to bring the community together to celebrate our achievements and have an opportunity to meet each other outside of the "sweaty workouts." We will have a FUN Night Out on September 16th at 7pm. Put it in your diaries!
On September 3rd we are hoping to have a nice group of members (and friends) join us in the Nuts Challenge. It’s a fun MUD Race. We like to know if you are joining so we can negotiate a group discount and get numbers sorted. LET US KNOW ASAP!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] TTB Practise followed by CF Open 21.2 with a twist
TUESDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Lunges followed by "The Chief"
WEDNESDAY [[BUILD & GRIND] Bench Press followed DB Snatches and Core work
THURSDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Pull Up practise followed a "fight gone bad" style workout
FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Friday
SATURDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Partner workout with Clusters and rowing
SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Pistols in a nice chipper
