GYMNASTICS CYCLE - Week 4

We are organising an Evening Social for all CHALKBOX members and their partners with the coaches on September 16th. Information will follow soon, but please reserve this evening in your diary for a FUN get-together

On September 3rd we are hoping to have a nice group of members (and friends) join us in the Nuts Challenge. It’s a fun MUD Race. We like to know if you are joining so we can negotiate a group discount and get numbers sorted. LET US KNOW ASAP!

  • MONDAY -[[SWEAT & GRIND] TTB practise followed by "everything but the kitchen sink kinda day"

  • TUESDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Lunges followed by Power Cleans & Back Squats

  • WEDNESDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Bench Press followed by Push-ups and Running

  • THURSDAY -SWEAT & SPRINT] Pull Up practise followed by Pull ups and DB Cleans

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Friday

  • SATURDAY [SWEAT AND SPRINT] Continure the Snatches in a Team WOD

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Pistols plus a it of everything
