GYMNASTICS CYCLE - Week 3

Have you guys let us know yet if you can make coffee and cake on Thursday to say goodbye to Laura? If not, let us know so we can reserve the table.

Schools have closed and the summer break has officially started. We have added workouts in BoxMate that you can do anywhere. All workouts are Bodyweight focussed and will make sure you don’t have to miss out on your fitness while you are enjoying your break.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] TTB practise followed by a chipper

  • TUESDAY {[BUILD & GRIND] Lunges followed by Deadlifts and Cleans

  • WEDNESDAY [[BUILD AND GRIND] Bench Press followed by Push Press and Box Jumps

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Pull Up practise followed by Pull Ups and KBS

  • FRIDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Friday

  • SATURDAY BUILD & SWEAT] Power Snatches followed by a Snatch Metcom

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] "Pistol Pete"
