The CROSSFIT OPEN is coming!

Many of you have already put your names down to join the 3 Saturdays between February 18th and March 6th in the CrossFit Open. It is a FUN event that you can’t miss. We will be working out together, judging each other, and eating snacks together. If you haven’t put your name down yet, do it NOW!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[BUILT & GRIND] Back Squats

  • TUESDAY -[SPRINT & GRIND] We continue the Power Snatches from last week and add some rowing

  • WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Pull Ups, cleans, and Rowing

  • THURSDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Skull Crushers, Bulgarian splits and Bike

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Burpees, K2E, Bench Press

  • SATURDAY - BENCHMARK] Christine

  • SUNDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Working on OH strength
