The CROSSFIT OPEN is coming!
Many of you have already put your names down to join the 3 Saturdays between February 18th and March 6th in the CrossFit Open. It is a FUN event that you can’t miss. We will be working out together, judging each other, and eating snacks together. If you haven’t put your name down yet, do it NOW!
REMINDER: Tuesday we have evening sessions at 5pm and 6pm

MONDAY -[BUILT & GRIND] Back Squats
TUESDAY -[SPRINT & GRIND] We continue the Power Snatches from last week and add some rowing
WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Pull Ups, cleans, and Rowing
THURSDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Skull Crushers, Bulgarian splits and Bike
FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Burpees, K2E, Bench Press
SATURDAY - BENCHMARK] Christine
SUNDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Working on OH strength
