Ready for next week?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Week one of 2023 is complete. It's time for you to set some goals for the next three months to a year. This could include hitting certain numbers in your lifts and Benckmark WODs, or to visit the gym a certain number of times per week. Make a list of them and share them with your coaches. This way, we can assist you in remaining accountable.

In the coming week we will practise being Up-side-Down again, the c&J will be repeated and …. Yes we will practise some Thrusters again as they are soooo good for us.

Tuesday we have evening sessions at 5pm and 6pm


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -BUILD & GRIND] we continue the Clean & Jerks this week with Grace

  • TUESDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Continue the Handstand practise followed by some explosive biking

  • WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT&SPRINT] KBS, Wallball and TTB

  • THURSDAY -[[SWEAT & GRIND] Lunges, Presses and Run

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Hang Power Snatches going for a 1 rep heavy followed by Box Jump Practise

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] We will repeat the Thrusters now we understand why they add so much to our fitness. Fran PLUS today

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Team workout with Front Squats and Deadlifts


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
