This week is week 5 of our “Classic CrossFit’ cycle. The focus is on shorter, faster and mono-structural workouts leading to a 400-meter run benchmark test at the end of the cycle

WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Wall walks and KBS
THURSDAY - [BENCHMARK] Annie
FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Pull-ups, Ring Dips and Rowing
SATURDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Farmers Walk, Squats, Presses and Box Step Up
SUNDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Cleans and Bike
