CrossFit Classics - Week 6

This week is week 6 of our “Classic CrossFit’ cycle. The focus is on shorter, faster and mono-structural workouts leading to a 400-meter run benchmark test at the end of the cycle

  • FRIDAY - [HEAVY DAY] Front Squats

  • SATURDAY -[BENCHMARK] The CHALKBOX Pumpkin WOD

  • SUNDAY - [[SWEAT & SPRINT] Partner WOD that makes you sweat
