CrossFit Mixed - Week 1

We have finished our CrossFit Classic cycle. You might have noticed that some of the workouts were short which is what Crossfit is all about. High-intensity short workouts. Effective, and this will give us time to work on mobility and skill work which are both an important part of your general progress.

Next week Barbell club will be on Thursday 7pm instead of Wednesday. We have added a 5pm Crossfit WOD on Wednesday.

In the next cycle, we will mix it all up. You will have a Benchmark workout every week, 2 heavy days, and some classic CrossFit workouts.

Monday: Classic CrossFit

Tuesday: Heavy Day

Wednesday: Gymnastic mix

Thursday: Benchmark day

Friday: Heavy day

Saturday: CrossFit Mix

Sunday: CrossFit Mix / Team WOD

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Devils presses and Shuttle Runs

  • FRIDAY - [HEAVY DAY] Front Squats

  • SATURDAY -[BENCHMARK] The CHALKBOX Pumpkin WOD

  • SUNDAY - [[SWEAT & SPRINT] Partner WOD that makes you sweat


OTHERS:
