CLASSIC CROSSFIT - Week 1

We are starting a new programming cycle which is called “Classic CrossFit’. The focus is on shorter, faster monostructural workouts leading to a 400-meter run benchmark test at the end of the cycle

Expect to see simpler heavy days this cycle (front squat, deadlift, push press, thruster).

CHALKBOX SOCIAL

We are finalizing the CHALKBOX Social numbers. We will organize a family and friends WOD on Saturday at 1:30 pm followed by a BBQ organized by the brilliant chef of Three sisters. You can only join the WOD or just the BBQ or both. We like to know the numbers for both so we can make sure all is ready for you.

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT[ Teams WOD with Bike and TTB
