CrossFit Classics - Week 2

This week’s programming cycle is called “Classic CrossFit’. The focus is on shorter, faster mono structural workouts leading to a 400-meter run benchmark test at the end of the cycle

Expect to see simpler heavy days this cycle (front squat, deadlift, push press, thruster).

Thank you to everyone who joined our CHALKBOX social! It was great FUN and good to see some of you bring your friends and family along and share your love for CrossFit!


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A barbell complex with rowing / Biking

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Starting with glutes and lats activation followed by Ring Dips and SDHP

  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Heavy Day - Deadlifts

  • THURSDAY - [ SWEAT & SPRINT] Wallballs and Pull Ups

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] KBS and Box jump Over

  • SATURDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Lunges followed by Bike and Walking Lunges

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Repeat workout of 10/3/22
