THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Back Squat
FRIDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Deadlift and Bench Press
SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Teams WOD with TTB, Bike and GTOH
SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] A sweaty repeat of last year
