This year we have the Crossfit Open workouts on Saturday 24/2, 2/3, and 9/3. We will inform you all of the details soon

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Cleans and Front Squats

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Jerks and Pull-Ups

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A FUN Cardio Mix 4

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Back Squat

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Deadlift and Bench Press

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Teams WOD with TTB, Bike and GTOH

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] A sweaty repeat of last year


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club will be on Saturday this week
