  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A FUN Cardio Mix 3

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Back Squat

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Deadlift and Bench Press

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Teams WOD with Wallballs, Jerk and Snatches

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] A sweaty repeat of last year
