TUESDAY - 12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 1 - Fight Gone Bad
WEDNESDAY - 12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 2 - Squats, Pull Ups and Bike
THURSDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 3 - CrossFit Total with a Twist
FRIDAY -[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 4 - Endurance
SATURDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 5 - Row, Burpee, Box Jump and Deadlifts
