WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [Sweat & sprint] Fight gone bad style

  • TUESDAY - 12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 1 - Fight Gone Bad

  • WEDNESDAY - 12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 2 - Squats, Pull Ups and Bike

  • THURSDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 3 - CrossFit Total with a Twist

  • FRIDAY -[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 4 - Endurance

  • SATURDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 5 - Row, Burpee, Box Jump and Deadlifts

  • SUNDAY -[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 6 - Scroog
