Monday is a Bank holiday, but you can train with Toby and Amanda at 9am at the gym, just turn up.
MURPH
On May 25th we will do the annual Murph workout. We will practice this in the coming days. If you like to RX this great workout on the 25th, make sure you bring in a weighted vest.
TOBY’s leaving WOD
We are sad to see Coach Toby leave us, but we hope to see him back after his travels in a year. Toby has come up with a nice workout we can all do on Saturday 18th of May starting at 9am. It will be a fun longgg workout and after you can stay for some coffee and cake
