TOBY’s leaving WOD

We are sad to see Coach Toby leave us, but we hope to see him back after his travels in a year. Toby has come up with a nice workout we can all do on Saturday 18th of May starting at 9am. It will be a fun longgg workout and after you can stay for some coffee and cake. There is a Box at the gym for anyone who likes to leave Toby a card or who likes to contribute to a little present.

MURPH

On May 25th we will do the annual Murph workout. We will practice this in the coming days. If you like to RX this great workout on the 25th, make sure you bring in a weighted vest.


A New Cycle!

We have been working on the next workout cycle for you guys. This is what the coming weeks will look like:

Monday: Heavy Lunges

Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

Friday: Flex Friday (Working on extraaesthetic work)

Saturday: Team (Per usual)

Sunday: A mix of all

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT * SPRINT] Jerry and Grace Combo


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club in the weekend on Sunday
