This week in the gym!

Continue Strength Training

This week we will skip the Deadlift cycle, but will add deadlift strength to the workout on Tuesday to keep practising! We wanted to give you some extra movements before we turn to home sessions

On Wednesday we still run normal classes (so we are not closed as previous mentioned)

From Thursday - Sunday the gym will be closed but we will post workouts you can do at home instead. Let us know how you went on and post some photos of your homework out on Chalk-It


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN WOD

  • TUESDAY - [CHALKHR STYLE] Clean&Jerk, Row and Deadlifts

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Burpees, KBS and Box Jumps

  • THURSDAY -[SWEAT&SPRINT] all bodyweight movements for at home, lets us know how you did!

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] bulgarian splits and pistols

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] A bit of Annie

  • SUNDAY - [[SWAET&GRIND] single leg burpees and Plank Jacks


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
