UNSHAKEABLE WORKOUT SERIES 1.0
THE PURPOSE
Unshakeable: belief or mindset that cannot be altered or destroyed no matter what. We feel this is a great description of the resilience you have shown.
The unshakeable workouts are designed to keep you happy, healthy and your quality of life as high as possible. A key element of how we do this is by NOT overtraining you. We do expect you to pour your heart and soul into one workout a day...and the rewards are amazing.
Intensity is prioritised over volume, less means more.
There will be heavy days, don’t underestimate working with dumbbells or kettlebells.
There will be days that your mobility is challenged, over and over again.
There will be short high intense workouts but also long ones.
You will find that the next cycle is building on all the work done over the last 6months at home or in the gym. You will notice that it is challenging you differently than before. You will notice the transfer from strength and conditioning to functional fitness. You will find some of the workouts hard.
THE PROGRAM
It follows 3 days ON/ 1 day OFF then 2 days ON/ 1 day OFF and throughout it will build upon previous workouts. On your OFF days, you either enjoy your rest, join Flow/Mobility session or you catch up on workouts missed.
