FATHERS DAY

It is Fathers Day on Sunday June 16th and we invite all our dads to bring their kids to the workout for a FUN fathers and son/daughter workout. Mums, you are welcome too!

Our Cycle!

We have been working on the next workout cycle for you guys. This is what the coming weeks will look like:

Monday: Heavy Lunges

Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

Friday: Flex Friday (Working on extraaesthetic work)

Saturday: Team (Per usual)

Sunday: A mix of all

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)

  • MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Back Rack Lunges

  • TUESDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Push Press

    • CHALKFIT: Deadlift, running and Wall balls

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio day

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Power cleans and Front Squats

    • CHALKFIT: Row and Lift

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Flex Friday Lifting Window

    • CHALKFIT: Hyrox style Bordesley

  • SATURDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Teams fun with the Barbell and Running

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Biggest chipper ever


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club in the weekend on Sunday
