BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY

Monday is a Bank holiday so we will be closed for classes. But some of the coaches will be there at 10 am for training, so join if you like, just turn up!

FATHERS DAY

It is Fathers Day on Sunday June 16th and we invite all our dads to bring their kids to the workout for a FUN fathers and son/daughter workout. Mums, you are welcome too!

Our Cycle!

We have been working on the next workout cycle for you guys. This is what the coming weeks will look like:

Monday: Heavy Lunges

Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

Friday: Flex Friday (Working on extraaesthetic work)

Saturday: Team (Per usual)

Sunday: A mix of all

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)

  • SATURDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Teams fun with the Barbell

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] EMOM workout


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club in the weekend on Sunday
