Ready for next week?

We are starting a new 6 weeki cycle.

At ChalkBox, we’re always encouraging our coaches to grow and level up — and this cycle has been designed by Coach Toby.

This block focuses on quality of movement and shoulder health. We won’t be pushing heavy weights this time, but we’ll make sure everyone hits CrossFit standards for every movement. Get ready to move well and build strong, healthy shoulders!

Last week in this cycle: This means Testing!

We have a brand new cycle kicking off on monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:

  • Monday: Tempo Front Squats

  • Tuesday: Isometrics

  • Wednesday: Technique under fatigue: Barbell Cycle

  • Thursday: Shoulder health

  • Friday: Hyrox

  • Saturday: Benchmark workouts

  • Sunday: A ix of all

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Tempo Front Squat followed by Dips, Squats ad running

  • TUESDAY - [GRIND & SWEAT] Isometric hold followed by Rowing and Slamballs

  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Barbell Cycle followed by Running, and C&J

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD AND SWEAT] Shoulder health followed by Wallwaks and TTB

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT AND SWEAT] Hyrox style Wyck

    • [CHALKFIT] Sweat-han

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] CF open 21.2 and a 3k Row

  • SUNDAY -[GRIND & SWEAT] AMRAP fun
