At ChalkBox, we’re always encouraging our coaches to grow and level up — and this cycle has been designed by Coach Toby.
This block focuses on quality of movement and shoulder health. We won’t be pushing heavy weights this time, but we’ll make sure everyone hits CrossFit standards for every movement. Get ready to move well and build strong, healthy shoulders!

TUESDAY - [GRIND & SWEAT] Isometric hold followed by Rowing and Slamballs
WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Barbell Cycle followed by Running, and C&J
