This program cycle has been designed by coach Nathan. He has the rolling for the coming weeks.
This is what the ciming cycle will look like:
MONDAYS - Squats progressions
TUESDAY - skill like MU/ pull-ups or plyometrics(broad jumps for distance) for example . Followed by a wod
WEDNESDAYS - Hyrox style
THURSDAYS - Deadlift progression
FRIDAYS Chalkfit (ENDURANCE)
SATURDAYS - Team workouts
SUNDAYS - A nice mix of everything
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY - (BUILD&GRIND) Deadlifts, burpees with clean & jerks
TUESDAY - (SKILLS&SWEAT) L-sits, box jumps, toes to bar, front squats and pull-ups
WEDNESDAY - (SWEAT & SPRINT) Endurance 5
THURSDAY - (BUILD&GRIND) Front squats, running and back squats
FRIDAY - (CHALKFIT) Burpees, snatches, bike, wall balls and toes to bar
SATURDAY - (BENCHMARK) CrossFit Open 26.1
SUNDAY - (BENCHMARK) A Set Of AMRAPS
