Every first Thursday of the month is Bring Your Friend WOD at CHALKBOX.

Bring a mate to any regular class — just make sure they register first, as spaces are limited.

This program cycle has been designed by coach Nathan. He has the rolling for the coming weeks.

This is what the ciming cycle will look like:

MONDAYS - Squats progressions

TUESDAY - skill like MU/ pull-ups or plyometrics(broad jumps for distance) for example . Followed by a wod

WEDNESDAYS - Hyrox style

THURSDAYS - Deadlift progression

FRIDAYS Chalkfit (ENDURANCE)

SATURDAYS - Team workouts

SUNDAYS - A nice mix of everything

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - (SPRINT&BUILD) Pyramid then deadlifts

  • TUESDAY - (BUILDSPRINT) Cleans then sweat

  • WEDNESDAY - (SWEAT & SPRINT) Endurance 4

  • THURSDAY - (BUILD&GRIND) Front squats then burn

  • FRIDAY - (CHALKFIT) Earn your rest!

  • SATURDAY - (BENCHMARK) CrossFit Open 23.1

  • SUNDAY - (SWEAT & SPRINT) Sunday Sweat
