WEDNESDAY - (HYROX STYLE) “SPRINT INTERVAL HYROX”
THURSDAY - (BUILD&GRIND) Back squat followed by a 20 min EMOM of pulling and jumping
FRIDAY - (CHALKFIT) 6 parter can you complete all the reps in every round!
SATURDAY - (SWEAT & SPRINT) Murph Practise
