Our 2nd week in this cycle:
We have a brand new cycle kicking off on monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:
Monday: Heavy Lunges
Tuesday: Heavy Push Press
Wednesday: "Cardio Day"
Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo
Friday: Hyrox
Saturday: Team (Per usual)
Sunday: Flex Sunday (Working on extra aesthetic work)
*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY - [[BUILD & GRIND] Lunges forllowed Deadlifts, burpees and Bike
TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Press followed a doubling game
WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday
THURSDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Cleans and Front Squat followed by Thrusters and Cleans
FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A Hyrox WOD
