We are starting a new cycle!

We have a brand new cycle kicking off on monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:

  • Monday: Heavy Lunges

  • Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

  • Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

  • Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

  • Friday: Hyrox

  • Saturday: Team (Per usual)

  • Sunday: Flex Sunday (Working on extra aesthetic work)

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Lunges forllowed by Row, Wallballs and Cleans

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Press followed by a mix of AMRAPs

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Cleans and Front Squat followed by Wallballs and Push ups

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A Hyrox WOD

    • [CHALKFIT] Nathan's Six-Pack Secret

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] a Jerry and Grace Combo

  • SUNDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Bench Press followed by Bike and Pull Ups
