About This Training Cycle:

We have a brand new cycle kicking off on Monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:

Monday: Heavy Lunges

Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

Friday: Flex Friday (Working on extra aesthetic work)

Saturday: Team (Per usual)

Sunday: Off

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -  [BUILD & GRIND] Back rack lunges followed by a workout with Cindy & Deadlifts

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Press followed by KBS and Presses

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Sweaty Full Body

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Flex Friday

    • [CHALKFIT] with skiping and Squats

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Partner Saturday Sweat

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & BUILD] Sweaty Sunday


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club on the weekend on Sunday
