THURSDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Knock Out
FRIDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Barbell Cycle with a sweaty finisher
[CHALKFIT] a strong conditioning mix
SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD Saturday
[SWEAT & SPRINT] An old ChalkFit WOD
