MONDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] the day before.... A nice chilled workout
TUESDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 1 - Fight Gone Bad
WEDNESDAY -[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 2 - Squats, Pull Ups and Bike
THURSDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 3 - CrossFit Total with a Twist
FRIDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 4 - Endurance
[CHALKFIT] Two sets of 30 rounds
SATURDAY - 12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 5 - Row, Burpee, Box Jump and Deadlifts
SUNDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 6 - Scrooge
