WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -  [SWEAT & SPRINT] the day before.... A nice chilled workout

  • TUESDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 1 - Fight Gone Bad

  • WEDNESDAY -[12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 2 - Squats, Pull Ups and Bike

  • THURSDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 3 - CrossFit Total with a Twist

  • FRIDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 4 - Endurance

    • [CHALKFIT] Two sets of 30 rounds

  • SATURDAY - 12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 5 - Row, Burpee, Box Jump and Deadlifts

  • SUNDAY - [12 DAYS OF CROSSFIT] Day 6 - Scrooge


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club will not be in the weekend this week!
