We will reset the reps this week and go back to the rep scheme of 3 weeks ago but we increase the weights

About This Training Cycle:

We have a brand new cycle kicking off on Monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:

Monday: Heavy Lunges

Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

Friday: Flex Friday (Working on extra aesthetic work)

Saturday: Team (Per usual)

Sunday: Off

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -  [BUILD & GRIND] Back rack lunges followed by a workout with Wallballs and Box Jumps

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Press followed by Cleans and Push Press

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Power cleans and Front Squats followed Thrusters and Row

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Flex Friday

    • [CHALKFIT] Rowing, Running and More

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Partner Saturday Sweat

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Total Body today


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club on the weekend on Sunday
