About This Training Cycle:
We have a brand new cycle kicking off on Monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:
Monday: Heavy Lunges
Tuesday: Heavy Push Press
Wednesday: "Cardio Day"
Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo
Friday: Flex Friday (Working on extra aesthetic work)
Saturday: Team (Per usual)
Sunday: Off
*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Back rack lunges followed by a workout with Bike, Burpees and Deadlifts
TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Press followed by Wallballs, DU's and TTB
WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday
THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Power cleans and Front Squats followed Cleans, Thrusters and Row
FRIDAY [BUILD & SWEAT] Bench Press and Handstands followed Tabata Cardio
[CHALKFIT] Team effort
SATURDAY - [PINK WEEK] Row a Ton
SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Sunday Team FUN
