A NEW PROGRAM CYCLE!

About This Training Cycle:

We have a brand new cycle kicking off on Monday! Here's what I have planned for the next 8 weeks:

Monday: Heavy Lunges

Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

Friday: Flex Friday (Working on extra aesthetic work)

Saturday: Team (Per usual)

Sunday: Off

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -  [BUILD & GRIND] Back rack lunges followed by a workout with Row, Wallballs and Cleans

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Push Press followed by bike and push and pull

  • WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday

  • THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Power cleans and Front Squats followed by gymnastics and conditioning

  • FRIDAY [BUILD & SWEAT] Bench Press and Handstands followed by pulls ups, Kbs and bike

    • [CHALKFIT] A mix of Hyrox and CF

  • SATURDAY [BENCHMARK] a Combo of Jerry and Grace

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Goblet Squats, Row and SDHP


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club on the weekend on Sunday
