TEST WEEK!

This week we will be testing your 1 rep maxes in the Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Push Press. Take your time to build the weight, rest between your sets and don’t rush. Good luck!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - Bank holiday (Training with the Cpaches at 9am, join in!)

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD AND SWEAT] Push Jerk followed by burpees and Snatches

  • WEDNESDAY - [BENCHMARK] Kelly

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Back Squat followed by Pull

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Back Bench Press and Deadlift

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Murph Practise week 3
