“Following a career in International Sports Events, I decided to qualify as a personal trainer early in 2018. While I enjoy all avenues of fitness, I love working with clients requiring rehabilitation - whether it be from injury, illness or for mental well being. I also enjoy teaching HIIT workouts and am a pre + postnatal specialist.
I am an advocate of sustainable programmes that promote a good lifestyle balance and gain a huge amount of satisfaction in giving the guidance and motivation needed to enable my clients to reach their ultimate goal.
I have always been a keen sportsperson competing at a high level in a number of disciplines however now I like to stay fit and healthy while trying new things and challenging myself on a physical, mental and emotional level as our bodies really are the most incredible machines! True to this point, I am currently training for an Ultra Marathon as I got “persuaded” it would be a fun challenge to take on…. I am currently having second thoughts!!
My hobbies include baking, hiking, horse riding, skiing and travel”.
