Open Air Gym Sessions
We can’t wait to see you all back at the gym from Monday, July 6th. All our sessions will be outside at our new great area (the Black Rig and the Red Rig). We ask all of you to check your email and Chalk-It before turning up, as, in case of heavy rain, we will have HomeFit sessions instead. The HomeFit sessions will be bodyweight workouts which will be challenging and add to your fitness progress at the Box.
We have a Comment box near the exit of the box where you can put in your suggestions. This can be done anonymously. Please feel free to use this when you have got any tips, comments, or complaints. Write a note at home and drop it in the Comment Box when you are in the box.

From July 6th we will have a new schedule. We will start with small-sized classes to allow for Social Distancing. Not all our coaches will be back on the schedule yet. Hopefully, they all be back soon, but we need some time to bring CHALKBOX back to its full strength before we can completely return to life before Covid-19. ChalkFit and WODs will be combined in one session. The workouts will be adapted as such that you can work at your own ability.
As usual, we keep a close eye on the attendance of the sessions to avoid long waiting lists and adjust the schedule where needed in the weeks to come.
