Nutrition prep for the CF Open - Week 2
Into week two of the CrossFit Open. Hope you all managed to get your night before dinner nailed!
For this week of the CF Open we challenge you to Focus on how to Fuel Properly ahead of your Workout on the day. Whether that’s Breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack.
Fuelling up properly ahead of the workout will make sure you have access to the energy you'll need to crush week two!
A light snack 1-2 hours before the second workout is recommended. Think shakes and smoothies, yogurt and fruit - something light that will digest quickly and give you the energy you need.
For the later risers or those that aren't in the habit of eating breakfast, you might benefit from simply having a banana beforehand.
