New On The Chalkboard
We have replaced the lifting platforms and added a cupboard for the weights this weekend. It won’t be long before you will see Barbell sessions returning on a Wednesday evening and a new lunch class on Tuesdays. The classes will be active soon.
We have also added some new skipping ropes: red is long, silver medium, and blue short. There are some skipping ropes in stock for you to buy. Having a skipping rope at the correct length will help you improve in your DU’s. You can buy your rope at the Box.
The weather forecast looks amazing for the coming week so we will be outside. Make sure you have your sun protection ready and drink enough water.
Thanks, everyone for making sure we all stay safe! Keep your distance during the sessions and clean all equipment used. Together we are strong and can beat anything coming our way :-)!

What to expect this week?
Plenty of variety but not at random! The Squats cycle will continue with 20 rep challenge. We are picking up the pace in the conditioning workouts focusing on building that engine. We have had some great feedback on last week’s sessions, so we will continue the pace.
