THIS WEEK AT THE GYM 28.09.20

New On The Chalkboard

In October we will be starting Barbell Club sessions again on Wednesday evenings at 8pm. We will move the Wednesday 7:15 pm WOD back to 7 pm from October 1st. We will also start a trial for 2 months for Barbell lunch-time classes on Tuesdays. If we have enough interest we will continue this session after the 2 months trial.

The weather is changing so we will be more inside. As always we keep a close eye on the waiting lists and will start adding sessions where needed.

Thanks, everyone for making sure we all stay safe! Keep your distance during the sessions and clean all equipment used. Together we are strong and can beat anything coming our way :-)!

What to expect this week?

We continue with the 20 back squat series. Try to add weight if you can.

You can expect a lot of mixed workouts where we combine the Olympic lifts with gymnastics.

The HomeFit sessions will have some running, skipping, and gymnastics. Make sure you book in before 9 pm for HomeFit
